HP Omen AX249TX 15.6-Inch Laptop – Rs. 97,000
If you pay a close eye on the tech news you might have noticed Nvidia’s launch of their newest Pascal series Graphic Cards. The GTX 1050,1060,1070,1080 & 1080ti are the newest performance cards out there and not many companies have included them in their laptops as making a design for them is expensive and sometimes overbearing. HP, however, didn’t stop. The HP Omen is a laptop that was heavily anticipated in the market for months. The Omen is a beautiful blend of looks and performance. Models like these are the reason the gaming industry doesn’t come to a standstill. Innovation is important.
The Omen has some nice hardware which includes a 2.6GHz Intel Core i5-7300 7th Gen processor which is the latest in line along with 16GB of DDR4 RAM. DDR4 provides faster memory speeds compared to its little brother the DDR3 which is sadly present in most of our budget laptops. Now, this is where the Omen gets creative. This display is like any other screen with FULL HD 15.6 inches covering the mix. However, the graphic card bundled here is none other than a GTX 1050. 1050 is notorious for its deadly performance which absolutely annihilates the game in any setting on FULL HD resolution. The move to include GTX 10 series in laptops is a wise one by HP as we can already see so many companies following suit.
The creativity, however, doesn’t stop here. The laptop’s design is designed in a beautiful manner with red and black dominating the entire scenery. The Omen looks exactly like its name; dark and depressing. Add to that the beautiful backlit performance keyboard and Quad Speakers with HP Audio Boost and you got one hell of a combination. Keep in mind though, that this is not Omen’s final form. The Omen is upgradeable to a better model with a higher GPU such as a 1060 or 1070. It all depends on how much money you throw at it.
Processor – 2.6GHz Intel Core i5-7300 7th Gen processor
GPU (Graphics Card) – Nvidia GeForce 1050 GTX 4GB Graphics
