Apple Watch Series 7 will be launched later this year and is rumored to get a complete redesign with flat edges just like we have in the iPhone 12 series. There might also be new color options, including a new green shade. There are also new renders that are surfacing online of the changes in the Apple Watch Series 7. The last time Apple Watch somewhat got a redesign was in 2018 with the launch of series 4 wherein the bezels were reduced.

In a video posted on tipster Jon Prosser’s YouTube channel, he said that he has come up with some renders to suggest the design of the new Apple Watch using the real images and the CAD file he procured from the people linked to the development of the watch. The renders though are created by concept artist Ian Zelbo. Flat edges is one of the major changes Prosser has suggested on Apple Watch Series 7. He feels that the screen sizes of the new Apple Watch may be kept same as that of the Apple Watch Series 6 but also believes Apple has tested some larger displays and some smaller bezels.

Apple Watch Series 6 came out with the new blue color which looks quite good to be honest. It starts from Rs 40,900 in India for the 40mm GPS variant. In the recent iOS 14.5 update, Apple also added a feature wherein you could unlock your iPhone using FaceID while wearing a mask. I am adding the links below just in case you want to check the discounts and bank offers on the existing Apple Watch models.

With multiple new colors in testing for Apple Watch Series 7, the most distinctive one could be green which is expected to be similar to what is available on AirPods Max.

There are no details on the codename of the product yet but Prosser believes that it might be called Apple Watch Series 8 instead of Series 7. Either way, the next generation of Apple Watch, with flat edges maybe, is expected to be launched later in September this year.
