Alright then, there’s finally an official announcement regarding the Apple Store Online India launch. Tim Cook today announced in the tweet that the online Apple Store in India will be available on September 23, 2020. The online store will offer complete range of products and also provide Apple Support directly for the first time in India. Though the Apple products have been available online in the country via Amazon and Flipkart, this will be the first time customers will be able to buy Apple products directly from Apple.

Customers will also get access to Apple Specialists who can guide them on purchases and provide support too. Online support will be available in English and call support will be available in English and Hindi. 

Apple Store Online India Key Features

The online Apple Store in India will bring a host of features for the customers. There will be an option to custom configure Mac products at the time of ordering. Apple Back to School India is also expected to be available soon with discounts on Mac products and iPads.

Apple Back to School 2020 India offers are available on Apple Store online India starting September 23, 2020. Education pricing on the Apple India website is available to current and newly accepted university students, parents buying for university students, and teachers and staff at all levels. Discount of up to Rs 23,990 on purchase of an eligible Mac via Apple Store Online India. The following Macs are eligible for discount:

  • iMac Pro from Rs 4,18,410

Apple Back to School 2020 iPad Offers

A discount of up to Rs 7,445 is applicable on purchase of the following iPads:

  • iPad from Rs 28,106
  • iPad Mini from Rs 33,155

The flagship trade-in program will also feature as a part of the online Apple Store in India. Customers will be able to give out their old iPhones and get the value discount on the new iPhones.
