Once again, it is one of those times of the year where we have to deal with Apple-related rumours. This time around, a rumour comes from a very reliable source in the form of 9To5Mac, which has always been close to accurate when it comes to Apple’s upcoming products. As per 9To5Mac, an Apple event is scheduled for March 15 to launch two new products, “iPhone 5se” and “iPad Air 3.”
Alright then, you might be wondering what really does ‘se’ stand for, it probably means ‘special edition’. However, since it is just a rumour, we just can’t say what Apple might end up naming it. Back to 4-inch? Why? This is mainly because a good proportion of the Apple consumers still feel that iPhone 5S has been their best iPhone yet, mainly due to its ease of use owing to the phone size. The upcoming Apple iPhone 5se is said to house A9 and M9 processor chips from the 6S, NFC chip for Apple Pay and ofcourse, upgraded camera lens. Apple iPhone 5se will probably not have 3D touch.
With the launch of iPhone 5se, iPhone 5S will slowly be phased out of the market.
Talking about the new Apple iPad Air 3, it is said to have a standard 9.7-inch screen along with Smart Connector, Apple Pencil support and upgraded speaker set. We might also see a rear camera flash in this particular rumoured iPad Air 3.
Yes, there is some information around that too. Apple iPhone 5se and Apple iPad Air 3 are rumoured to go on sale from March 18 with no pre-order period.
