It is no surprise that a good and positive brand experience leads to a larger fan-base on social media. The question here is that why people follow brands on Twitter? Users not only intend to buy products and services, but they also recommend the same to their friends and followers. As per a recent study by Nielsen, 55 percent of UK Twitter users follow brands simply because they like it, 52 percent follow for special offers and 51 percent follow to stay up to date with brand related news.
