Nokia’s first outing into the Android phone market was teased using an image with four arrows pointing to a common centre which shows an X symbol in negative space.
Nokia X, codenamed Normandy is believed to be the Android series of phones by the popular Windows Phone manufacturer. The colour green suggests the branding that Nokia will undertake for this series of devices.
We can expect low end devices at moderate prices with a custom Android build containing a separate store for Windows-like apps along with the Nokia-developed apps.
Evleaks posted an image on similar tones though it had a much direct approach to it. Specifications were leaked previously indicating a 4 inch screen, 512MB RAM and 4GB of Storage on some devices.
Nokia is set to reveal the Nokia X at the Mobile World Congress, Barcelona on 24th of this month. We will be covering the event live and stay tuned for further updates on this issue.
